The City of Pittston offers a Trap Neuter Release Program in partnership with No Nonsense Neutering to help reduce feral cat colonies and improve neighborhood health.
To participate in this program:
Residents must schedule an appointment with No Nonsense Neutering and pick up a voucher from the Office of Community Development. Once feral cats are trapped and taken to their appointment, the service includes: neutering, rabies vaccine, flea, ear mite, worming treatments, fluids, and pain medicine with ear tip.
