Blighted Property Board

Blighted Property Board logo

Blighted properties ruin City neighborhoods. To address blight, the City uses code enforcement laws to ensure property owners meet their legal responsibilities to keep City properties in good, habitable conditions. To further enhance code enforcement efforts, and expedite rehabilitation, the City created the Blighted Property Board.

The Blighted Property Board meets the 2nd Wednesday of the month at 2pm in Pittston City Hall, 35 Broad St, Pittston.

Please address all inquiries to the Office of Community Development, 570-654-4601.
