Joe joined Pittston City in 2012 as the Executive Director of the Redevelopment Authority and the City’s Office of Community Development. Joe would later take on the roles of Executive Director of the Parking Authority, Land Bank, Housing Authority and serve as president of several other non-profits. Joe has overseen several significant projects over the years as well as obtained multi-million dollars in grants. Joe is known statewide as a subject matter expert in blight and community and economic development and routinely presents at conferences on these subjects. Joe also serves on several committees that includes the ICMA Government Affairs & Policy Committee and Intergovernmental Cooperation Sub-Committee, Pennsylvania Land Bank Network and Pennsylvania Community Development & Housing Practitioners Statewide Committee.
